Program and message types
The Gambit Capital Partners SMS program offers two separately optional categories of messages: customer-care messages about property inquiries, leasing discussions, appointments, and requested follow-ups; and marketing messages about property availability, leasing opportunities, and related real estate services. Marketing messages may be sent using automated technology.
Optional consent
You can choose either category, both, or neither on our leasing and buyer list form. The choices are unchecked by default. By selecting a category and submitting, you authorize Gambit Capital Partners to send that category of text message to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of contacting our team. Only provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
The list signup form saves your requirements and consent record. It does not send a text message or automatically activate a messaging subscription. A phone number obtained from a directory or other third-party source does not establish consent to this program.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@gambitcp.com or call 980.655.3338. Resubmitting the website form with a category unchecked does not automatically unsubscribe an active messaging subscription; use STOP or contact us for help.
Delivery
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or devices may support every message type.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for what the form records, how we use it, and how to contact us about your information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
