Before you reach out

A few practical questions.

Do you review broker submissions?

Yes. Send the property address, available marketing materials, asking terms, and your contact information. We welcome broker and owner relationships.

Does a property need an existing drive-thru?

No. An existing drive-thru is a strong preference for the restaurant strategy, but we also evaluate other retail formats where location and use align.

Can I share my brand’s expansion requirements?

Yes. Let us know your target markets, footprint, drive-thru requirements, second-generation or ground-up preference, and intended timing. That helps us assess a site against your needs.

What about a property outside the typical size range?

We consider exceptions. Our current opportunities include both compact drive-thru formats and larger restaurant footprints. The overall site and execution plan matter.
